RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Return and Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
  • Exclusions: Certain products cannot be returned, including:
    • Personalized or customized items
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt, order number, or proof of purchase when making a return.
How to initiate a Return

If your item meets the return conditions, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Support Team – Email or call us with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization – Once approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to return the item.
  3. Send the Item Back – Carefully package and return the product to our designated return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item received.
  4. Inspection & Processing – Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your exchange or refund.
Refunds and Process Time
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Store Credit).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges
  • If you prefer an exchange, let us know, and we will replace the item with a different size, color, or model (subject to availability).
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the price difference before the exchange is processed.
Damaged and/or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with pictures of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used bottles, cups, or food storage containers
  • Customized or engraved products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
